☆Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the cooked chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Arrange the cooked vegetables around the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
