Stick of Butter Baked Rice
A rich and flavorful baked rice dish that’s incredibly easy to prepare and perfect as a side for any meal.

Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice (not instant)
1 (10 ounce) can French onion soup (Campbell’s)
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
Directions:
1) Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2) Combine Ingredients: In an 8×8 or 2-quart baking dish, add the rice, French onion soup, beef broth, and sliced butter.
3) Cover and Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
4) Bake Uncovered: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
5) Serve: Remove from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve. Enjoy!
