1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef (or a blend of beef and pork)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
