For the Meatballs:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Other Ingredients:

    • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
