Meatball and potato casserole


10 boiled potatoes
500 g ground meat
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
350 g sour cream
2 eggs
150g of grated cheese


In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes, boil them and slice them.
Place the potato slices in an ovenproof dish and make the meatballs. Add to the baking dish as well.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the meat and potato and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes. Finally, top with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
