  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque, usually 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the broccoli and bell pepper until they are crisp-tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and toss again until all the ingredients are well mixed and heated.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious shrimp noodles!
