Ingredients:
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 cup of white sugar
1 big egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 of a small spoon of salt.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the smooth peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
Mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth and well-blended.
Using a tablespoon or small scoop, form the dough into small balls.
Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Gently press each dough ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove the cookies from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
