INGREDIENTS

6 medium green peppers

1 pound of ground beef

1 finely sliced onion

1 6-and-a-half-ounce box of Spanish-flavored Rice-a-Roni mix

1 sixteen-ounce can of tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 14 1/2-oz can of tomatoes (to be used while preparing the rice)

1 cup of American cheese or one cup of shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

After removing the peppers’ tops and seeds, boil them for five minutes, then drain.

Arrange the peppers in a baking tray. Cook the onion and ground meat together until they are thoroughly cooked. After draining, set away.
