Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

 

 

Ingredients:

 

• 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

 

• 3 drops of White Food Gel

 

 

• 3 drops of Pink Food Gel

 

 

• 1 cup of Mini Marshmallows

 

 

• 1/4 cup of Confetti Rainbow Sprinkles

 

 

21 1/4 ounces of White Chocolate

 

 

• 3/4 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk

 

 

• 4 1/2 ounces of Unsalted Butter

 

 

• 1 teaspoon of Bubble-Gum Flavoringg

 

    Instructions

 

1. Prepare the Tin:

 

• Line a 9×9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper to easily remove the fudge later.´

 

 

2. Melt Chocolate Mixture:

• In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.´

 

• Microwave the mixture in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.´

 

 

3. Add Flavors and Colors:

 

• Stir in the bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract to give it that classic candy taste.´

 

 

• Optionally, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add white and pink food gels for a marbled

 

4. Combine with Marshmallows:
• Gently fold in the mini marshmallows to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.´

 

 

 

5. Pour and Chill:

 

 

• Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared tin, using a spatula to smooth the top.

 

• Sprinkle the top generously with confetti rainbow sprinkles for a festive touch.

 

 

• Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.

 

6. Serve:

 

 

• Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper.´

 

 

• Cut the fudge into 16 squares.
