Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then add the taco seasoning mix and water. Stir to combine, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated and the beef is coated in seasoning.
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
Spread a generous spoonful of nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
Divide the seasoned ground beef evenly among the tortillas, spreading it over the nacho cheese sauce.
Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sliced jalapeños (if using).
Drizzle sour cream over the toppings and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil and refrigerate until ready to eat.
