Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin-on (about 5–6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2–3 teaspoons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the broiler to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 218 °C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
- Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season them with the chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on the prepared rack and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 74 °C).
- If desired, broil the chicken for an additional 2–3 minutes to crisp up the skin.
- Enjoy your delicious chicken thighs!
Note: You can also brush the chicken with a bit of olive oil before broiling for a more golden and crispy skin.
